Northeast Counterdrug Training Center (NCTC)
Through a cooperative agreement with the Northeast Counterdrug Training Center (NCTC), the Penn State Justice and Safety Institute offers training at the center’s site at Fort Indiantown Gap in Annville, Pennsylvania.
The NCTC offers training, lodging, and meals at no cost to sworn law enforcement officers or drug demand reduction professionals located in:
- Connecticut
- Delaware
- Illinois
- Indiana
- Maine
- Maryland
- Massachusetts
- Michigan
- New Hampshire
- New Jersey
- New York
- Ohio
- Pennsylvania
- Rhode Island
- Vermont
- Virginia
- Washington, D.C.
- West Virginia
- Wisconsin
The following Institute programs take place at the NCTC:
- Executive Command and Leadership (EXCL)
- Police Executive Development (POLEX)
- Police Supervisory In-Service Training (POSIT)
