The Institute offers a wide range of family and domestic relations programs that focus on the following critical topics for members of communities around the country:

The Institute also offers technical assistance and consulting in these areas:
- Development of education programs for divorcing parents
- Development of court-based custody mediation
- Program evaluation of direct services
- Needs assessments of direct services
- Organizational conflict
- Survey research
